Located in the exclusive Fraccionamiento Real del Parque, RP49 has a specific program for the client, with integrated double-height social areas, four main bedrooms, and a Family Room. Its main purpose is the versatility and flexibility of the space, integrating organically into the surrounding environment. We value the very nature of the surroundings, creating spaces where the fine lines of the interior and exterior are lost, open social spaces at double height without divisions for better integration of users to the rooms, and generating integral and friendly areas for the comfort of the family without compromising their privacy. From the aesthetic point of view, the house’s design started from the central garden’s main stage, embracing it and generating all the other spaces from it. In a specific and rigorous way, the landscape is the protagonist, and the pool is integrated in the best way with the clean architecture of the house. The building uses natural materials in both facades and interiors to propose a construction that is part of the natural landscape and has been transformed along with it over the years.
